I bought this in Japan over the summer for 1180 yen (approx. $12), but only now finally got around to putting it on.

I love it!

Starlight Celebration 2008 (by Charirii)

Eep! It’s been a while since I have updated my blog. I’ve been caught up in this holiday frenzy. But now the holidays are nearly over! It all went by so fast. I hope everyone enjoyed themselves and had a safe and fun holiday!

This year, I added a bunch of new games to my collection: Persona 4 (PS2), Left 4 Dead (PC), Little Big Planet (PS3). I’m very excited about all of them, and they make it a little difficult to log into FFXI (even with the Starlight Celebration!). The boy & I beat Castle Crashers (Xbox) – cute and fun game. Speaking of which, someone received hand-crocheted Castle Crashers characters this year for Christmas and posted to CAG! I love when gaming + crafting combine.

Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga

leave a comment

I’ve been slightly disappointed with my PS3 so far. There are some really good games coming out during the holiday season, and some in 2009, but all of which are single player games. I want to take advantage of the PlayStation Network more and play online with my friends. I’m also not too pleased with the current game selection. My (small) collection of games consists mainly of PS2 titles.

However, I just added another title to my selection of PS3 games. I just picked up a copy of LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga for PS3. I wouldn’t have considered it purchasing it if it wasn’t for the sticker price of $19.99 at Fry’s Electronics. I picked up two — one for me, and one for my boyfriend. We’re going to try out the 2-player co-op today, and do a little research on the quality of online co-op, and if all is good, we’ll be keeping both copies.
